A powerful manual spinal decompression technique that provides effective relief in typically just 3-6 visits.
At Bantique Chiropractic we offer the Ring Dinger® adjustment, a full-spine manual decompression technique developed by Dr. Gregory Johnson. This highly effective chiropractic method stretches the spine along the Y-axis, relieving pressure on spinal discs, restoring alignment, and improving mobility. By creating negative pressure within the discs, it can help retract bulging or herniated material, reducing nerve compression and promoting natural healing.
Dr. Gregory Johnson, of Advanced Chiropractic Relief, often says, "if you're living, breathing, and moving in gravity, you can benefit from a manual spinal neural decompression on the Y-axis." Over the years he created and trademarked an extremely effective manual spinal neural decompression technique along the Y-axis called the Ring Dinger®. If you feel compressed like most people do, then you may benefit from the Johnson Y Axis Adjustment™ and Ring Dinger® adjustment.
This non-surgical chiropractic spinal decompression technique works by carefully stretching the spine and correcting alignment and subluxations to take the pressure off pinched nerves and herniated, bulging, or injured spinal discs—which are gel-like cushions between the bones and hold the spine together. Taking the pressure off the spine structure helps remove any interferences and promotes a healthy flow of water, oxygen, and nutrient-rich fluids into the disks throughout the spine and triggers your body back to a healthy state.
How the Ring Dinger® Works
Dr. Johnson developed this technique to apply a controlled, high-velocity decompression force along the Y-axis, allowing for full spinal realignment in one motion. This process helps relieve tension, increase disc space, and encourage the reabsorption of displaced disc material. The adjustment restores mobility, reduces restrictions, and promotes optimal spinal function.
During the Ring Dinger® the patient will be lying on their back with legs elevated and hips secured to the specialized table. The Chiropractor will then use a towel to apply controlled pressure in one smooth motion to manually decompress the entire spine. After the full spinal decompression on the Y-Axis, the chiropractor will perform a few more adjustments to the neck and spine. The Ring Dinger® is just one adjustment that fits into the entire Johnson BioPhysics™ adjustment technique that manipulates all vertebrae and extremities and adjusts along the X, Y & Z axis.
