Examination
A thorough orthopedic and neurological exam to assess your joints, reflexes, and identify any contraindications.
Treatment
Once cleared, Dr. Bantique will perform a full body adjustment including extremities, addressing your specific concerns.
Recommendations
You'll receive personalized care recommendations. Most patients feel better in 2-3 visits!
What to Bring
- Photo ID - Driver's license or state ID
- Payment Method - Credit cards (with transaction fee), debit cards (no fee), Venmo, and HSA/FSA
- Imaging (if available) - Any X-rays or MRI scans
- Medication List - Current medications you're taking
- Comfortable Clothing - Wear loose, comfortable clothes

Your first visit includes consultation, exam, and treatment. Follow-up visits are typically 10-20 minutes.
